This exciting course will enable students to acquire a range of technical, practical, personal and organisational skills valued both within and beyond the workplace. They will also acquire underpinning knowledge and skills related to work, employment and further training within the hospitality industry.
You will develop skills such as:

• Industry Codes of Practice
• Barista/Coffee making
• Commercial Cooking
• Occupational Health and Safety
• Customer Service
• Sustainability and Waste
• Practical knowledge, theory and skills to apply to range of hospitality areas
*Upon completion of selected program, receive one or all of the following: RSA, RSF and RSG Certification.
• Back and Front of House
• Food and Beverage Attendant
• Wait Staff
• Floor Coordinator
• Chef Assistant
• Catering Assistant
• Kitchen hand
Participants should have a genuine desire to seek employment.
There are no formal entry requirements for this course but all participants must attend an interview prior to acceptance into the course. Sound basic reading and writing skills and an ability to participate in some of the manual handling and lifting may be required in the course.
Where applicants can show evidence of prior qualification or experience in a related field, there may be an opportunity to apply for recognition to be given for previous study, knowledge, and/or skills resulting from work or life experience relevant to this qualification.
